What we collect when you join our offers list
Your name, email address and mobile number, which ways you agreed to hear from us (email and/or text), the date and time you signed up and confirmed, and the exact consent wording you agreed to.
Why we use it
Only to send you the offers, news and event invitations you asked for, by the channels you chose. Our lawful basis is your consent. We never sell or share your details with other companies for their marketing.
Confirming your email
After you sign up we email you a link. You're only added to our list once you click it. If you don't, your unconfirmed details are deleted.
How long we keep it
For as long as you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record so we don't contact you again by mistake. Ask us and we'll delete it entirely.
Who processes it for us
Our website host and our email provider store and send data on our behalf, under contract, and only as we instruct. Online ordering and table bookings are handled by GloriaFood, which has its own privacy policy shown when you order.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your data. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and storage
This site remembers your light or dark theme choice, and whether you've closed or completed a popup, in your browser's local storage. This isn't used to track you and isn't shared.
